I have been trying to find out the meaning of "business apprentice" from IRS, I couldn't. Where can I find if H1B as considered as an apprentice? Since the definition of an apprentice is "a person who is learning a trade from a skilled employer, having agreed to work for a fixed period at low wages." while H1B is supposed to be a highly skilled employee.
