Go back through the Child and Dependent Care Credit section and make sure you select that it was an organization. If you selected it was a person then it is going to ask for a social security number (See my screenshot). Let me know if that helps. You can also delete this section and enter again.
- Select Tax Tools from the left Column
- Next Select Tools
- In the pop-up window,
select "Delete
a form"
- When the list of forms in your
return appears, look for "Form 2441" and
delete.
- Confirm that this is the
correct form, click Continue, then choose Continue With My Return to
return back to your return
