You can enter a 0 (zero) for selling expenses. That said, if it was your primary residence, and you didn't rent it or use it for business, you might not need to report your 1099-A. (see below) Hang onto it though, as you might need information
from it if you also receive a 1099-C - Cancellation of Debt.
