The cost of flying would be entered in the box next to "Travel and Lodging for you and your household" on the Enter your Moving Expenses Screen.
To get there:
- Click Federal Taxes
- Click Deductions and Credits
- Scroll down to Other Deductions and Credits and click Show More
- Click Start Next to Moving Expenses
- Continue through until you get to the Enter your Moving Expenses Screen
