That "should" be the real estate property taxes the lender paid out of your escrow account. That is not entered on the same screens that ask for the amount in box 1. After entering that amount in box 1, click Continue. The 3rd box on that screen is not numbered, and is labeled "Property Taxes Paid" you enter it there.
