Please advise which amount users are to input in the "Enter your car registration" section. They ask for Vehicle make & model, and they ask for amount. What do I enter?

What do I enter in the "amount" blank? Do I enter the taxable value of the car at the time of purchase? Or do I enter what I paid to my state in fees? Please clarify.
