2. 183 days during the 3-year period that includes the current year and the 2 years immediately before that, counting:
All the days you were present in the current year (all days in 2018)
1/3 of the days you were present in the first year before the current year, (1/3 rd of 90 days presence in 2017 which is 30days)
1/6 of the days you were present in the second year before the current year (1/6 of the days in 2016)
Is this how I should I determine my substantial presence to make the First year choice for 2017?
