I am trying to correctly answer the questions asked in the software. We have had the same insurance for several years with no break in coverage. I hesitate to put "none" when asked what kind of insurance we had on 12/1/16 because if I say "none" - won't it conflict with my actually having had insurance then, and which is reflected on the 1095-A? In other words, I'm supposed to say "none" even though I did have insurance? That's my issue.
