Don't report anything. If this $72 was for unclaimed property that belonged to you, and you can't determine the amount, if any that was for interest, and you don't have a 1099-INT to tell you the amount, there's no reason to report it. Even if there was some small amount of interest, it would have an inconsequential (most likely zero) tax effect on you.
If you can figure out how much of the $72 was for interest (for instance you know what the base amount was supposed to be), then go ahead and report it.
