Joint HSA account for domestic partner and I to which we both contributed/used. 1099-SA reporting with only me as recipient?
The 1099-SA has me as the recipient, but we both equally contributed to it for our family High Deductible Health Plan we had through my ex-employer's COBRA. We both utilized the account for medical expenses. Can we both report the 1099-SA? How?
