You will need to log into the same account that was used last year. You may have multiple accounts under the same email address (see link below). If you used our Federal Free product you will need to purchase PLUS benefits to retrieve that information (PLUS benefits must be purchased yearly in order to receive benefits) or you may request your tax transcript directly from the IRS: https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript.
***Since you tried to get your copy online but do not have what is required, you may want to try to request it by mail. All you will need is your social security number, date of birth, and address. It will take 5-10 days to get to you.
