In South Carolina, you can deduct the personal property tax you paid on your vehicle. Enter that amount in Personal Property Taxes, not here.
To do that:
Go to Cars and Other Things you Own.
Choose Start or Update by Personal Property Taxes.
Choose Yes.
Enter the amount of tax.
