You should contact your mortgage company and ask them to send you a replacement Form 1098. However, If you do not receive a Form 1098 from your mortgage company you may be able to use your year-end statement. The statement should have the interest you paid for the year, real estate taxes, if they are paid thru your mortgage company, and ending mortgage balance.
