Yes, you can! Medicare premiums you voluntarily pay to obtain insurance in your name that is similar to qualifying private health insurance can be used to figure the deduction.

This was actually clarified just a few years back.

Be sure to enter the Medicare as Self-Employed Insurance. If its coming from your SSA-1099, be sure not to type it in there too. That pulls to the Schedule A automatically, so you want to avoid double-dipping.
