In my opinion, the receipt that you receive does not qualify as a qualified acknowledgment (the organization did not enter what you donated and the value). That would mean that you would need a qualified acknowledgment, which is probably impossible to get.

I tell my clients to keep all donations under $250 each time, so a qualified acknowledgment is not needed.
