There are two types of dependent: Qualifying Child and Qualifying Relative.
You can't claim her as a Qualifying Child because she lived with you less than half the year and was not away at school during that time.
You could claim her as a Qualifying Relative IF you provided more than half of her support in 2016 AND she had gross 2016 income of less than $4050.
If she fails either of the Qualifying Relative criteria, you can't claim her as a dependent.
