Weight loss programs are generally not deductible medical expenses, but can be deductible if prescribed by a doctor for a specific illness or condition, like obesity.
However, food provided as part of the program is not a deductible medical expense unless is costs more than similar food not through the program, and then you can only deduct the difference.
However, medical expenses are only deductible after meeting the 10% limit so you may not actually benefit.
And it's not a work-related expense unfortunately.
