Deductions & credits

Two ways of handling multiple donations to the same charity at various times of the year.  I put in an entry for each event because my receipt and calendar align with this information, and I want to be able to remember it to that detail.

My father on the other hand leverages the input directly in TurboTax instead of It's Deductible.  TurboTax has a "Multiple donations at various times", and all he provides for his entry is the information there.
