That depends on the type of health insurance you have:
- Marketplace insurance premiums (aka Obamacare) are entered in the Health Insurance section since they are reported on Form 1095-A
- COBRA premiums where the policy is in a former employer's name are entered as a personal medical expense
- All other health insurance premiums are entered in the Business section of TurboTax
