Why is Turbotax telling me I overpaid my HSA? I know that's incorrect.

Is it because line 12b in my W-2 show an employer contribution (code "W"), and line 14 shows my own contribution?  My employer only deposited the funds I gave them for my pre-tax contribution.  They did not contribute funds of their own.
