Sorry so many questions. but the questions I ask now were dependent upon your answers to the above. So was the house rented in 2017? If not, is it being advertised for rent?
Also, (and this is important) during the 2016 tax year did you live in the house for even one day as your primary residence or 2nd home/vacation home?
