- Individuals with income between $85,000 to $107,000 or married couples with income between $170,000 to $214,000, the Part B monthly premium amount would be Standard premium + $53.50 = $187.50.
- Individuals with income between $107,000 to $133,500 or married couples with income between $214,000 to $267,000, the Part B monthly premium amount would be Standard premium + $133.90 = $267.90.
The income thresholds that determine the income-related premium payments are frozen through 2019, but will increase by about 2 percent in 2020 and will be indexed after that for general price inflation.
