Can I use HSA funds and/or FSA fund on my newborn?

My girlfriend and I had a child recently and are not married yet (so we will be filing separately). The baby will go on her med insurance and on her tax return. Can I still use HSA funds on the baby's healthcare, and FSA funds for her child care?
