Enter the 1099-R, that you get for the distribution, in the regular IRA place. The follow up interview will establish that you had a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD). TurboTax will but the distribution on line 15a of form 1040 with the notation QCD and 0 on line 15b as the taxable amount (unless less than the full amount was QCD).
