Box 10 is for information only and does not necessarily lists property taxes paid.
If you had your property taxes paid through your escrow, that amount paid is in your escrow account statement. If you cannot find it, you can easily call your mortgage company and they will give you the amount of property taxes they paid on your behalf in 2016.
