I inherited my mother's house, but it was not part of her estate. I sold it and split money with my sister and brother. How do I file on taxes?

I am the executor of my mother's estate, in her will she left the house to me, but the house was not brought into her estate. I sold the house and split the proceeds of the sale between my sister, my brother and I. How do I report on taxes?
