Yes - If are a US citizen, the rule is as follows - even if you are residing outside the United States or have dual citizenship, you are subject to U.S. federal income tax and reporting on your worldwide income.
You would report this income as foreign earned income and you would be able to claim a Foreign Tax Credit.
To enter foreign earned income information in TurboTax, log into your tax return (for TurboTax Online sign-in, click Here and click on "Take me to my return") type "foreign earned income" in the search bar then select "jump to foreign earned income". TurboTax will guide you in entering this information.
