The 2017 HSA Smart Worksheet, Line 1, asks for the HSA balance as of 12/31/10, less amount distributed in 2011-2016. I need to look up 7 years of past distributions???

Or is Line 1 only filled in if I didn't use my HSA for medical expenses?
