Make sure your software has been updated. While the "Insurance" still shows under the heading "Mortgage Interest, Refinancing, and Insurance" in the Deductions and Credits section, the actual screen asking about mortgage insurance premiums was removed in one of the early updates to TurboTax when it became final that the deduction would not be renewed (similar procedure happened with the Tuition and Fees Deduction).
EDIT: With the passing of the BiPartisan Budget Act of 2018 on February 9th, the deduction for Mortgage Insurance Premiums has been retroactively reinstated. You can now deduct these payments and, as of 2/23, TurboTax has been updated for this deduction.
