Since you have already tried the edit/delete within the program -
Since that doesn’t work:
- Click on My Account (upper right of TurboTax
screen) (See First Screenshot)
- Click on Tools (See Second Screenshot)
- Click on Delete a Form (See Third Screenshot)
- Click Delete by the Charitable Organization in the list
of Forms
- You will be asked to confirm the delete.
