Can I deduct mileage to and from physical therapy sessions and Dr appointments due to a work related injury that was covered by Workers Comp?

I was not off work but required physical therapy to alleviate pain. No workers comp income was received but I think I should be able to deduct the mileage to and from therapy as a business expense since it was required by the employer to get better.
