Energy-efficient Vehicle credit for a 2013 Nissan leaf in 2016 ?

I bought a 2013 Nissan leaf last year. The  dealer did not mention it but your website thinks I should get back $7500 in refund for this 3 year old model. Is this a mistake in your validations or am I interpreting the tax code wrong ?
