I assume you are asking about the ItsDeductible website, and not a TurboTax return.
- Log into the ItsDeductible website, and go to the tab for the year in question so you get to the main donations page for that year.
- Down at the bottom is a "Manage Charities" link. (see screen image.)
- In the list of charities, choose the one whose name you need to correct and click the EDIT button.
