The energy credit form is not showing up on my Turbotax premier.

The energy credit is not showing up on my TurboxTax premier.  I should be able to get the credit.  We spent $10000 on a new furnace.  It said the government hasn't approved the credit yet but I search and they said the credit is good through 2019
