To access your return to make changes to your State
Log in to your TurboTax Online account
from you Overview page Select
My TurboTax
My Tax Timeline
In the Some things you can do area Select
Add a state
This will not add a state but it will let you back in to your return.
Select State Taxes
Make the desired corrections.
