If you have no need for Form 4684 (Casualties & Theft) you may delete it. To delete a form:
- Select Tax Tools, then Tools from the navigation panel on the left.
- Select Delete a Form
- Scroll list for the form you need to delete (Form 4684)
- Select Delete
