HSA accounts are in individual names only, IRS regulations state
that you cannot have a joint HSA account.
However, the money in the account can be shared with your spouse because
it can be used to pay for your spouse’s medical expenses as well as your
own.
So since the HSA must be an individual account, all contributions should be allocated under your name and to your HSA.
