@rathail You are posting in an old thread from last year that has long been moved to the already-answered queue. You should start your own new thread so it will show up to the forum as a current thread needing help and where there is a higher chance someone familiar with your issue can assist you.
When you go to the form at the link, the first box is for a summary of your question, like a title, and is limited to 170 characters.. If you need more room, lower on the form you will come to another box with plenty of room to enter details. For instance, you could paste what you wrote above into that second box.
