Thank you so much for your help. Quick follow-up question for clarification please in regards to the time we lived together. My ex and I lived together with our children until September of 2016 when he moved out. Per the information you provided above, would that have an impact on my ability to still claim the child care costs for the one child that my ex will be claiming as a dependent?
