Here's a shortcut to the Medical Expenses interview where you can enter your prescription costs and other medical expenses such as doctor and dentist visits, lab and X-ray, clinic fees, etc.:
- With your return open, click on the Search tab in the upper right corner.
- Enter prescriptions without quotes.
- Choose Jump to prescriptions.
- Next screen will start the medical expense interview. It may start by asking if you spent a threshold amount in medical expenses to make it worthwhile.
