Safe deposit box rental is reported in the "Other Investment Expenses" section.
Here are a couple of ways to get there:

Federal Taxes tab (Personal tab in Home and Business)
- Subtab Deductions & Credits.
- If a page says "Your Tax Breaks" scroll down to "All Tax Breaks".
- Keep scrolling to topic Retirement and Investments. Click "Show More" to expand subtopics.
- Choose subtopic Other Investment Expenses and Start or Revisit.
Or you can use this shortcut:
- With your return open, click on the Search tab in the upper right corner.
- Enter safe deposit box without quotes.
- Choose Jump to safe deposit box.
- Next screen titled Other Investment Expenses.
