If you mean the Tuition and Fees deduction, then the answer is no, it is not currently available for the 2018 tax return. The American Opportunity Tax Credit and the Lifetime Learning Credit are still available.
The deduction for mortgage insurance premiums is also not available for the 2018 tax return at this time.
