I keep getting an error message related to the internet connection: Please check your Internet connection. This problem could be caused by intermittent or limited Internet service. Make sure your wireless connection is working or your network cable is plugged in.
If you are unable to reach the site, you can call
1-800-4-INTUIT (select the option for TurboTax when prompted).
This is ridiculous! I've used TurboTax and It's Deductible for years....and I can search and use the internet on my laptop so not sure why TurboTax can't import.
Help! It's the last thing I need to do to finish my taxes!! Thanks anyone who can help!! I've tried calling into TurboTax but can't get past the system prompts - doesn't even recognize my phone or email....UGH!
I think I'm done with TurboTax. I've had so many problems in the past few years!
