I am a Canadian citizen who for the past few summers has worked in New York, USA on a J-1 camp counsellor visa. Taxes have never appeared on any of my US paystubs or W-2.
Am I required to have been filing taxes in the United States? I have just been claiming the income on my Canadian taxes.
