When using the online product, you need Premier to handle the sale of property. If you need to report profit or loss from actual farming, you need Self-Employed.
With the CD/download product, any version has all the forms needed to report the sale. The Premier version would provide more guidance to enter the property sales information. Home & Business would provide more guidance for entering farm income and loss.
