If both 1098s show interest paid, enter both as follows:
To
enter the information in TurboTax, follow the steps below:
- In your return, click Federal on the left menu.
- Click Deductions
& Credits at the top.
- Click All Tax
Breaks.
- Click Your Home.
- Once you've completed the information for the first company, you will come to a Mortgage Summary page (see screenshot).
- Click add lender.
