Job-related mileage is entered on Form 2106 using the instructions below:
- Search inside your TurboTax program for 2106 (Employee Business Expenses).
- Click the Jump to 2106 link in the search results.
- At the Tell us about the occupation you have expenses for screen, enter your occupation.
- Click Continue, and follow the onscreen instructions.
or
- Click My Account (Top right of your
screen).
- Select Tools.
- In the pop up window,
select Topic Search.
- In the search bar, type
in 2106.
- Highlight it and select GO, and follow the prompts.
