You can do all this by filing single part-year resident WI tax return. Enter FL as your state of residence in the Personal Info section of TT, say yes that you lived in another state in 2018, and enter WI as the other state. Then allot your income as I described. TT will generate a part-year WI tax return. If your wife had WI-source income in 2018, in most cases filing the WI as a joint return would be preferable.
