Not an acceptable response from Intuit. Intuit offered, and people paid for, a version of TurboTax which included the state return. If you look at the form IL-1040 in TurboTax, it has a check box for Schedule SA. If Intuit has that there, and they made certain commitments when they sold the product, they need to support it and provide it. Sounds like grounds for a class action lawsuit.
