I have a full-time job at an office close to my home. I take no mileage deductions there. I have a second part-time job at a church 40 miles away. I work 15-20 per week at that job and I travel to preach once a week. I spend 12-16 hours doing work from my home and only about 4 hours at the leased church site. I do not have an office where we worship and I do most of my second job work from home. Can I deduct mileage for my second job if I have a home office established?
